What is your style of photography?
I focus on capturing the essence of a family. What makes you lovable, unique and authentic. I love the in-between moments. The tickle fights, the moment before a kiss, the windblown hair, and letting kids be kids, is what I am all about.
When and where will we do our session?
For Family Photography, the session will take place outside. If you have somewhere in mind, great! if not I have a few locations to choose from. Light is a very important aspect when taking outdoor photos. I aim to shoot the hour leading up to sunset. For Milestone and Newborn Photography, the session will take place in my Orland Park Studio. For Lifestyle Photography, the session will take place at your home (travel fee may apply.)
What is your style of photography?
This really depends on what you are looking for with your session. I have created a blog to help you decide.
What about weather or my kid gets sick?
Weather will be up to the discretion of the photographer. The session will be rescheduled in case of rain. Being a Mom, I get it. You get everything perfect and then something happens with one of your children. If your kiddo is sick let me know as soon as possible and we can reschedule for another day.
What should we wear?
This all depends on location and feel. Two things that should never happen are “matchy matchy” and neon. When you have booked your session you will receive a "what to wear guide" and we will have a phone conference to decide wardrobe before we start.
Am I limited to the number of digital files I get?
The day after your session, you will receive an e-mail with a link to all of the images taken during our session. You choose the images that you would like me to edit. I believe that you should decide which pictures melt your heart. The number of artistic edits you receive depends on the type of session.
How quickly do we get our photos?
You will recieve your images 1-3 weeks from the time that you submit your picture choices. A print release is sent along with your images.
Do you hold Extended Family Sessions?
LOVE THEM!! Pricing begins at Family Session price and Depends on the number of people in the session.
Can we get prints through you?
Absolutely, I offer prints, canvases, metal prints and woodblocks.
